Role: Acts as the landlord's representative to manage the asset's overall profitability.
Key Duties: Leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, budgeting, and legal compliance.
Goal: Preserve and increase the financial value of the property.
Facilities Management (FM) (Operational Focus)
Role: Ensures the day-to-day operations and safety of the building environment for occupants.
Key Duties: HVAC maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning, utilities, and safety inspections.
Goal: Optimize the performance and reliability of the physical building systems.
